Walled Stay SAS Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds:
Customers may cancel a vacation ownership reservation in accordance with the following conditions:
to.
a. Cancellation made within 48 hours from the time of reservation:
- 100% of the total amount paid will be refunded if there are at least 14 days left before the arrival date.
b. Cancellation 7 days before check-in:
- 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
c. Cancellation within 7 days prior to check-in:
- No refunds will be offered.
2. Date Changes:
Customers may request changes to reservation dates based on availability. Any difference in rates will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Special conditions:
to. In cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
b. For long-stay reservations, specific cancellation conditions will apply.
4. Refund Process:
to. Refunds will be processed within 45 business days of request.
b. They will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation.
5. No Show:
In case of no-show, no refunds will be made and charges will be applied as established in the reservation.
6. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or by other appropriate means.
