1. Reservations and Payments:

3. Guest Conduct:

to. Guests must comply with the property's rules and treat the property with respect.

b. Illegal activities or disruptive behavior are prohibited.

4. Owner Responsibilities:

to. The owner guarantees that the property meets safety and habitability standards.

b. The owner is responsible for maintaining the property in proper condition.

5. Damages and Losses:

to. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

b. Security deposit may be withheld to cover repair costs.

to. We are not responsible for failures caused by events that are unforeseeable or beyond our control.
