No overnight visitors are allowed after 10:00 PM.

3. Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4 people.

Exceeding the allowed number of guests will result in an additional charge of $200,000 pesos per extra person per night and may lead to the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

4. Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

Significant fines and possible legal actions will be taken if an unauthorized party is discovered.

5. Children Without Parent Supervision: Children must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult at all times.

Unsupervised minors are not allowed on the property.

6. Cleaning Rules: Guests are expected to keep the property in good condition.

Please wash dishes and take out the trash before leaving.

7. Use of Common Areas: Please respect the common areas and keep them clean.

Follow any specific instructions for the use of common areas provided at the property.

8. Noise Policy: Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect the neighbors.

9. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. An additional cleaning fee of [insert amount] will apply if smoking is detected inside.
